I work with folks who prefer to come to sessions as frequently as once a week, bi-weekly, or monthly. I will work with you on establishing what your goals are for therapy and how you want to use the space. I am here to support you at your pace and process to meet your needs.
Individual sessions last 50-60 minutes and Relationship (couples) sessions last 80-90 minutes.

Cash or Credit Card are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service, to be paid by the end of the session. I accept all major credit cards, and payments are processed through Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant payment processor that stores your card information securely on file.

Also accepted, HSA/FSA accounts. I can potentially provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement. I do not guarantee that you will receive reimbursement through insurance and is up to you to double check your out of network provider coverage. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Some folks prefer one or the other, while others appreciate a hybrid approach that combines the two. Iâm happy to accommodate whichever option works best for you and allows you to get the most out of our work together.

You have the right to receive a âGood Faith Estimateâ explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law (Effective Jan 1st, 2022), health care providers need to give patients who donât have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services if requested by individual seeking services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.

After the decision is made to work together, I will send you all necessary paperwork prior to our first session. All of my paperwork is electronic and is to be completed through Simple Practice, an online practice management software.
-
Youâll receive a link to join our virtual session through SimplePractice, the same secure platform you used to complete your intake paperwork. SimplePractice is HIPAA-compliant and provides a private, secure space for us to meet.
If youâre joining from a phone or tablet, youâll need to download the Telehealth by SimplePractice app before our session. If youâre joining from a computer, I recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience. No additional downloads are needed when joining from a computer.

Thankfully we are able now meet in a virtual space - whether over the phone or over the computer. That being said, there are a few considerations to make when deciding this modality.
Can you have a complete confidential space - no one around or in proximity to overhear, limited distractions, and comfortable space to talk in?
How is your internet speed? Can your internet support a live feed?
How reliable is your device - whether meeting on phone, tablet, or computer?
-
I can offer both in person and virtual availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I am in office and able to meet in person on Tuesday afternoons, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Each day can fluctuate in terms of time of availability, and I usually meet in between 10am-7pm on those days.

I do not use AI to provide therapy, make clinical decisions, or replace any part of our therapeutic relationship. I may use an AI-assisted documentation tool solely to help organize and compile dictated clinical notes, and only with your informed consent. Your privacy, confidentiality, and autonomy are important to me, and choosing not to consent to the use of AI will not impact your care or our work together.

I am currently ONLY licensed with the state of Colorado and am certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors. While I do offer tele-health services I am bound by the law of the state that the client resides permanently in. I am legally only allowed to work with individuals and couples who primary or permanent residence is in the state of Colorado. I realize there can be some gray areas to this question, so please donât hesitate to reach out and ask!
