Let’s talk about: Sex

Sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, and connection are all deeply human experiences.

As a Denver Sex therapist
I provide sex therapy to individuals and relationships

Whether you're exploring your relationship with sex for the first time, navigating challenges within a partnership, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, sex therapy can provide a supportive space for curiosity, growth, and self-discovery. As a queer Denver sex therapist, I provide an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and relationship structures of all kinds to explore their relationship with sex.

Every person experiences desire, attraction, fantasy, intimacy, and pleasure differently. Some people feel confident and connected to their sexual selves, while others may feel confused, disconnected, ashamed, stuck, or uncertain about what they want. Some individuals experience little or no sexual attraction at all. Together, we can explore what feels authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling for you - and if you are in partnership, to you, your relationship and to the other person.

Sex therapy is a specialized form of talk therapy that helps individuals and couples explore sexual concerns, relationship dynamics, intimacy, desire, communication, sexual functioning, identity, and pleasure. It is important to know that sex therapy never involves sexual touch, nudity, or sexual activity between therapist and client(s), nor between clients during a therapy session.

Whether you want to focus on the sex you're having, the sex you'd like to be having, the intimacy you miss, or the questions you have about your relationship with sexuality, you can expect a compassionate, sex-positive, LGBTQ-affirming approach. My goal is to help you develop greater self-understanding, strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build a relationship with your sexuality that feels authentic, empowering, and aligned with your values.

The pace of therapy is guided by your goals, your needs, and your readiness. Some people find clarity and relief in just a few sessions, while others choose to engage in longer-term work. Wherever you find yourself, I am committed to honoring your unique journey and supporting you in creating the changes that matter most to you.
